Hey guys I just recently upgraded to 4MBPS but Streamyx replaced my TMNET router and TP-Link wireless modem with their own Riger DB-108 wireless modem. For some reason my NAT type is Type 2 moderate, even though shouldn't it be Type 1 open? Before I had my upgrade done it was type 1 open. If I try to enable UpnP it says it is unavailable.
Is there anyway to change the NAT to type 1 by enabling UpnP? Or is it not needed to be type 1 open. I tested it on MW2 on Monday and it worked very well, but I would prefer type 1 so all help is appreciated. Thank you
I'm also using the TMNet-supplied Riger DB108-WL, but I can't get my MW2 MP to work. It keeps displaying "Connecting to Matchmaking server..." even after 15 minutes of waiting. I had no problems connecting to PSN and I have a NAT2 connection. I have tried to do port forwarding but it doesn't help. What are the settings to get MW2 working?
