Pushed up by news that JP Morgan going to up their purchase price of Bears Stearns share fr $2 --> $10

Hopefully will sustained then 2mr is another green day...i like green

Dow up by 207 at 10.35pm

Hope it will push up shares in KLSE

All my shares still show red

DOW most probably close at BIG gain as Existing Home Sales rose 5.03M, must stronger than forecast 4.85M, and also the revised Bear Stearns Deal. But i doubt KLSE will outperform due to political uncertainty.

for long term, i think it's a good buy for certain stock.
if your target price is reached, then buy lor. if you feel scared then u drop your target price.

Agree with you. Planning to sell off my portfolios and wait until the market is stable. However, my prices are way too low than purchase price to let go except for a few stocks

imho, scomi droped way too low when bn lost 5 state. hopefully it will stabalize at higher price.

hehehe, me too hoping on sapcres. Sold my earlier shares for 4 cents profit (takut to hold) and bought back cheaper last Friday. Still stuck with plenty of plantations and chowkia stocks as well at pre GE price

Taiwan new president win beatifully and decisively while our local front, first time in history gov can't capture 2/3 and moreover even within parties themselves also facing instablitity. So totally different.

There are a lot of people to anticipate GE rally, but we had a good discussion on it, generally people mostly agree on 'buy on rumour, sell on news'. Most people agree sell just prior before GE is a wise and sensible move or decision to do especially dealing with political 'goreng' stock. So history again prove 'buy on rumour, sell on news' has some logical sense although no one can predict the outcome of the GE.
