New state governments do not have to be bound by contracts signed by th previous administration especially if they do not serve the public interests. Under the contracts act 1950, contracts that have been signed in bad faith or those which are of no. benefit to the community can be declared void and against public policy. these can be terminated after proper and due investigation. Furthermore the benefits received by the parties concerned can be disgorged under the principal of contracts laws and in some instances amount to criminal offence of cheating. Hope the new state government will gazette and re-zone all open spaces and plug all loopholes to preserve and protect the assets for future generations.

Projects under taken various company may be review by the state government again. Transparency in local and state governments and the cleanup of corrupt practices in the state.

careful of those companies which have projects and have awarded. it may have alot of hidden discrepancy behind to be review. Special audit to be enforce.

Seemed to be well prepared for. right.

Tomorrow, could be another bad day. System jammed up at after 4.30pm and many orders could not pass through.

Wah, you are really a big fan of CWs.

Market got 'season' one, once it is over, then it is over. If you meant for short term trading, follow market trend, if it is bearish, don't go against it. There are plenty of opportunities out there, not necessary CWs only.

Eh.. How come US market opens earlier tonight? I thought usually it's 1030pm local time? Hope tonight US wil show green... Else more red for KLSE tmr..

Then my previous post on KLCI 1100 will come faster.

May be KLSE never taught SB will be needed, has not tested the CB programme so causing the system glitch. But still market fails to rebound which is not a good sign especially coupling with huge volume (more than 1 billion) and concentrated on heavy weight one.

September and March is the month they turn the clock later and faster 1 hour every year. Those haven't live there before one may be realise it or not aware of it.

Daylight saving time mah, started 2nd Sunday of March till 1st Sunday of Nov if I am not mistaken, so the time different between M'sia and US EST will be 12hrs instead of 13hrs

The prediction of the KLCI today that will drop come true already but i don't know that it cause a massive sell off.
It's a very bad sign. Index -123.11 it should be more if the information that Sky provide in this forum is coming true for tommorrow morning. The system jammed around 4 pm and a lot of sell orders could not get through. I cant imagine of the situation.



Are they any opportunity to get in the market due to this huge sell off? Any companies ? Mind to share around ? How about the PBank,Genting,Bursa,Sime or Whatsoever company ?

I heard someone is buying the Scomi. One of the Forummers, In my Own opinion. It's not worth at all. JUst my 2sen.

Dealers say reentry of canceled orders during market wide trade suspension causing backlog in matching orders. "Matched orders were canceled after the circuit breaker was triggered. Evidently, the system has some limitation on order quantities and this is causing the hiccup in matching orders. KLCI March Futures down 91 points at 1178.85, trading at a slight premium to cash market. (VGB)
