for own stay, Seputeh / taman desa area. Its all about locations ... if i have that budget now

RM1mil for downpayment or in full?

i would buy mont kiara/klcc condo straight away. If not enough, take small loan lo..

Rental at Mont Kiara might be high but there's a surplus of high rise in that area; a lot of vacant units there. If i had RM1m, I would get landed property not high rise but well, that's just me

which state? why everybody pressume that TS live in KL area?

That's a good question but it's also prob cause most of us are based in KL

Alam Setia's Designer Home series are quite nice though the location's really too far off for me to consider [not that I can even afford it! *grins*]

Hmm... not many projects suggested here.

Only project I know and I like is Mutiara Damansara new semi-D, yet to be completed. Saw the roadshow on display last year in Curve. At least > 1 mill.

Other suggestions could be:-
1) Bukit Rimau by Malton
2) Sierramas West by Tan & Tan
3) Sierramas Mews by Tan & Tan
4) Valencia by Gamuda
5) Jade Hills by Gamuda

The last time i taught students for a swimming class in Sierramas is last year

and the residents in there are soooo damn rich. The houses are so hughes

and lots of prestige cars as well! Wish I'm one of them one day.. haha

Just cause the houses are huge and they drive big nice cars doesn't mean they're rich mah *grins* And a lot of people find this part of Sg Buloh far and inconvenient.

If I have 1 million, I would buy a 3000 sq ft condo in Mt Kiara.

I would invest in 2 to 3 units KLCC areas downpayments. They still have potential.

But the hses are only 1/3 or 1/2 of the equivalent in PJ, SJ, price I'm referring.

Just today, was told someone's gonna built a 70000 ft� built-up (3-storey) bungalow near Nilai.

And that guy is definately not working in N.Sembilan.

if i got one million i would buy 3 storey shop house at ss15 subang jaya near inti college/taylors college/metropolitan college.

1st floor rent out for food business at RM2500-RM5000, 2nd floor and 3rd floor partition it to many rooms for students to stay.

u do the maths.
