Rental at Mont Kiara might be high but there's a surplus of high rise in that area; a lot of vacant units there. If i had RM1m, I would get landed property not high rise but well, that's just me

That's a good question but it's also prob cause most of us are based in KL

Alam Setia's Designer Home series are quite nice though the location's really too far off for me to consider [not that I can even afford it! *grins*]

2) Sierramas West by Tan & Tan
3) Sierramas Mews by Tan & Tan
4) Valencia by Gamuda
5) Jade Hills by Gamuda

Just cause the houses are huge and they drive big nice cars doesn't mean they're rich mah *grins* And a lot of people find this part of Sg Buloh far and inconvenient.
