Bro, complain to SKMM...they will "help" to "talk" to that bugger Suremess...if want faster way out, then lodge a case with consumer tribunal and go for the hearing...else you'd never get ur money back

My connection is from bad to worst these 2 weeks.

I have been calling their toll Free line for the past 2 weeks, no one is picking up and I left voice mail and no one is calling me back.

I seriously think IZZI has CLOSED their operation.

Can anyone from IZZI please confirm this? 

Those who has IZZI account, best you stop your Credit Card (Direct Debit) payment.

renewed last may 2010 via auto debit..have been calling daily for receipts since then..
called them & spoke to this Wilson from Accounts dept twice every month..from May 2010 till Dec 2010..
in the end..still got NOTHING! he always says he will do or have done..but u get nothing..

they have overcharged me TWICE in Aug & Oct 2010..
fax whatever forms to him..still nothing..
until recently i couldn't use it..
then i found out my subscription has been suspended!!!!!

i later found out from a friend, who's brother was working there and he cabut long time ago.
YES, they having financial problems.
I think bungkus or already bungkus by now..
was thinking to go to menara olympia & do something?
