last night izzi suddenly 0 download rate for few minutes...

wat happen?

i also make report last night...

juz now wan call shoot them too bad over 10pm..

stupid customer service

i don't think is modem problem, is more to station error.

my house nothing block in middle, get 100% strenght but speed only 1~2kbps which I oledi turn off every dl.

I pass complain letter to an chinese uncle. Later on one indian guy went out ask who gv the letter with "be song" face.

I told him i can connect, with 100% strength, but speed lower than 5kbps

that indian guy straightly shot me said accoriding their record I was connected all the time, they consider my line was perfect doh.gif

he told me that all our call was recorded he will go check later. and he insist i must bring my laptop to his office to let him check setting even I mention thousand I dun hv lappy doh.gif

i bring to his office of coz can work la.. stupid fellow (he didn't like word "stupid" sensitif gua) mad.gif he dun want send ppl to my house check...

I ask for solution and he insist want me call their fxxking hotline again vmad.gif mad.gif if hotline can solve I won't there there la STUPID mad.gif

he insist my line down coz of i using bitcomet, something may be change my mtu shocking.gif

then I ask him compare my usage from previous month, he told they didn't record user usage doh.gif

due to this guy very fxxking hard to communicate so i decide cancel line on the spot.

to who stay at tmn midah using izzi service, I suggest you guy change channel, no point call them, its fxxking expensive, few minit already few ringgit missing somemore problem still there

I oledi make complain to SKMM Consumer Complaints Bureau (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia) n sent some 11kbps/s download print screen.. till today izzi still no answer yet... yawn.gif
