omg!! i just got back from kampung, now only i know this news =''=

i dialled 046463381, the first lady said "halo halo line very bad, please call back" after she heard my complaint. then i dialled again same number, second lady picked up, she said mobif and izzi not related, asked me not to listen to what lowyat forumers said.

arrrz then i called 0388851000, they said they cant help.

what can i do now? please help, i made one lump sum payment for 1year subscription =''=

something wanted to share with u all...
i used to Izzinet user as well... the speed in my area used to abt 800-900kbps.. aprx 100kb/sec
after izzinet closed down since end of march.. after survey ard i manage and get another replacement - JARING WIRELESS Broadband!!!
i just use this jaring abt 1week only.. the speed crazy!! its goes up 150-200kb/sec.. same to upload speed..
which is alots better than izzinet... i think u shuld try it.. depands ur location and area of cos..
their port is located at wisma HLA.. and i just staying in Hangtuah.. abt 2-3KM away...
Jaring might not as famous as like other broadband.. but just bcos not much ppl using.. tats why its damn fast..but depands ur area and which floor u stay. in my room the speed only 300-400kbps.. but in living room.. easily shoot up abt 1500kbps ++
what do u expect for only RM69/mth NETT, one year contract with 7days trial cooling period.. wireless and its no CAP limit like others !! its really "UNLIMITED" !! they hav promotion if pay 1year lump sum free 3mth additional.. but learn frm izzinet.. dun be greedy but one thing i don really like their modem..heavy n bulky..alots wired to plug here n there..not so hassle free.. but only Rm69/mth.. who cares.. lol..

I went to IZZI office and its closed down.They actually promised me a refund in April when i went in March to cancel my Izzi account as there is no more network in kota damansara.Anybody has any success in calling them.Tried all the numbers but no answers. I somemore got 2 accounts with them and all paid up. still got 6 more month with them. any advice on what i should do?

Insolvensi?!!!!?!??!?!?!

basically saying that company is bankrupted, and now Insolvensi taken over, will sell all their asset or anything that can turn into cash flows, then settle the debts according to their standard code of conduct. (paying which debtors 1st and which one last, and which one to be paid fully and which one to be paid partially, etc) of cos debtors included those customers who overpaid their internet bill.

can you imagine how long will it takes.... and yes, its a gov department, basically there's nothing much to do to fasten the procedure up (not that i aware with dealing with gov of msia)

and, this has no longer to do with SKMM anymore, since the company bankrupted

anyway i dunno how msia Insolvensi works.....

my friend had bought some services of server/cloud computing thingy or something with a singaporean company, and when the company rolled up & bankrupt... it takes 3 years to get back the money they owed, about RM3000.
