Ah... GH has found itself a new sequel. Ok ok more like an expansion. And you pretty much guessed it by the title, that the game will have songs by Aerosmith. The Xbox 360 version is developed by Neversoft.
But don't go thinking its just Aerosmith only. Activision will also have other bands playing their very own songs. These bands probably look up to Aerosmith as an inspiration and so on. So, anybody up for an Encore of I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing?  |

Most probably there wouldn't be a guitar bundled, seeing as this should be an expansion of GH.
But, it would be cool also to wield some special Aerosmith autographed guitar now wouldn't it? |

The Joe Perry Signature guitar does look really awesome if it were made into a faceplate. But I wonder if it could add some signatures too just to get more people buying it.

i've decided to get GH III , then buy the game and use it as sort of an expansion and using the guitar from GH III. makes much more sense. thanks guys. i dontttt wannnaa clooooseee my eyyyeeeessssss cuz thenn i wont hit any of the notessssss andd it will sayyy "song failed" .... = P |

Too bad you're getting it NOW only. There was a free download of Aerosmith's Dream On for GH3 for like, 2 days. I got back my Elite JUST IN TIME to download it.....
 How I WISH they would have the set like the I Don't Want To Miss a thing video! I can imagine! Starts off with just the band playing in the empty NASA room...... Then for the encore song (I don't want to miss a thing, of course), the curtain raises back and you see the whole orchestra and the shuttle lifting off....... just like the video! Hurm, the set list is great. But i've already suspected that Don't Wanna Miss a Thiing won't be featured. Of well, at least you've got 2 versions of Walk This Way.
Btw, I checked out Sweet Emotion, and it looked quite tough on expert. But maybe that's just me. |

It was actually amazing that Steve Tyler was not impressed with the graphics, and including mo cap. He wanted his mo cap to even include his mouth for this game.
Talk about dedication. That's Aerosmith alrite. |

This game, if really according to the set list, only has 40 songs. The battle with joe perry don't really count for me.
I'd say the price for the game, should've been like USD 50 for the 360, since the content is much less than GH 3. Owh...why can't they be cheaper. Dang it. |

This game feels exactly the same like GH3 as predicted. Similar GUI and gameplay (of course) BUT with Aerosmith contents...even those unlockable items & guitars EXCEPT characters in "The Vault" are the same with a few add-ons. I for one can't resist the temptation of watching my own avatar (the guitarist in the game) rock with this...
 $100 to unlock in "The Vault"   |

Yeah, sorry mate......
Was kinda in the zone in Single Player mode...... Will probably finish the game on Hard mode tonight. I dunno about the rest of you guys, but the game is pretty easy. So far, I'm at the half time show, and already all 5 stars on hard. |

compared 2 the previous gh, this is the easiest. even the hard mode is easy. gh3 would be the hardest. but gh:a is the best looking since i like the way steven interact with the camera and the stages are superb especially at the stadium. I think Walk This Way (Run DMC) was a really great fusion of hip hop beats and rock tunes. It felt so synchronized that it deserves to be on encore.
1 more setlist and I should be done. Feels a little tough for me. |
