It is a pretty common health problem faced by females. I BELIEVE U ARE FACING THE URGENCY OF URINATING AS WELL. To make a rough diagnosis, it most probably caused by UTI (URINARY TRACT INFECTION), which might include CYSTITIS, URETHRITIS. In addition to that, some STD, such as herpes, chlamydia might also be the cause and being the complication of uti which might also lead to more severe infection such as PID.

Your GP WILL perform a culture test on you if nescessary and the first line treatment wil be with 3 days course of antibiotics.

SINCE YOU NOT SURE ABOUT IT, IT IS NOT ADVISEBLE TO ASSUME THE CONDITION BASED ON THIS ROUGH DIAGNOSIS. IN ADDITION, CALCULI ( your so called batu ), is rarely accompany with DYSURIA ( PAIN DURING URINATION).

I BELIEVE THERE IS NO NEED TO PERFORM A XRAY TO DETERMINE IF IT IS A UTI.
