I advice you to consult a doctor. Kidney may be a reason for the pain, since you didn't explain much on this. Plus I'm no expert.

Possibly urinary track infection (UTI).

if it is urinary track infection, u must drink a lot of water.

Drink less water, your partner is not clean or you always didnt go toilet when want to pee might cause of urinary track infection.

Should be UTI. It happens to one of my colleague quite often. I can see when it happens shes really in pain.

What i heard from my friends that by drinking lots of cranberries juice can help the process of recovery.

But the best is to pee before and after sex, drink lots of water and try not to hold your pee too often or too long. Basically its personal hygiene thats most important.

It is a pretty common health problem faced by females. I BELIEVE U ARE FACING THE URGENCY OF URINATING AS WELL. To make a rough diagnosis, it most probably caused by UTI (URINARY TRACT INFECTION), which might include CYSTITIS, URETHRITIS. In addition to that, some STD, such as herpes, chlamydia might also be the cause and being the complication of uti which might also lead to more severe infection such as PID.

Your GP WILL perform a culture test on you if nescessary and the first line treatment wil be with 3 days course of antibiotics.
