hurmm ... the same problem that plaque me long enough, i'm starting to lose weight 

i wonder what's the problem as my ram speed does not even exceed its stock speed (ddr667) .. i loosen its timing but also BSOD before windows loading screen 

yup .. all stock can boot.
in fact my ram could run at 750Mhz @ 5-5-5-12 .. this problem arose when i'm beyond 3.10Ghz (no matter what combination of multiplier*HTT)

okay2, before u say its my proc, i would like to add that "I didnt pass MemTest" ... emm, so it should be ram prob rite ??
