as topic .. anyone know why ria apartment been closed to public since last year ? the apartment is now empty or being used for staff stay ?

heard tht it's a hostel for securities now.

i dont think so..mabe its due to all workers dont have enough place to stay..anyway,have source that the place haunted?

was staying there for few months while working thr. no problem for me oso.

i once stayed in ria apartment for 4 years with something inside the apartment but no care that thing also...

i slept there few years ago..

Ria Apartment wasn't that scary, try Amber Court Apartment.

They should consider using that place as a ghost house attraction.

The hearing of funny noises are pretty common in any hotels...Yes to think of it, pretty spooky but it's common & can be due to many factors..all phycolological contolled by ur brain....

There were numerous times I heard ppl taking bath in my hotel room bathroom ..spooky..yes..but when u really check further it's from neirbouring unit....sometime during sleeping u heard noises such as "tak"...continously..spooky also..but when thoroughly checked...comes from the fridge compressor kicking-in..Apts at ria are so close to each others and I'm pretty sure those noises are actually from other units beside, above or belows & it's resonanced to the rented unit..& thus the spooky feeling....The more u stay in other hotels the more you get use to those spooky noises..

it shud be closed down for unhygenic purposes. i rate their cleanliness 0/10 coz there were tons of cockroaches in my room. whether closed for phenomenal behaviour i dont know, but they shud shut down coz their place is just plain filthy....deemed unfit for human existence.

Got close meh? I've been there twice which is on Dec-Jan and Feb. Whr u get the source? I only know Ria Apart no longer under Genting Group d...they privatize themselves...

closed for public .. their staff now stay there loh ... closed since 2007 june

i've been staying in genting for 6 months about 2 years ago, worked as a casino dealer... i have never meet any supernatural thing eventhough out with friends in midnight....

and... no kid-ghost or guai zhai being rared in casino... dont listen to those gamblers bullshit around, the table is clean and nothing is underneath.

i've been there almost 4 years ago.. the surrounding at ria appartment so spooky.. we go by group and all end up sleeping at living hall coz scary sleep at bedroom..

I tried amber court before. Nothing happened also. So how?

I've tried Amber Court like nearly 8-9 years ago when I was a kid. I remembered being petrified when my bro and I were alone in the living hall, and we could hear furniture being dragged around on top of us. The noise stopped when my parents and relatives came in - of course coincidence or not, it's hard to say.
