The best is to have yourself properly shielded when you enter this forum ... below are two very very poisonous snakes .....  I think they should have a warning on topics or restricted topic if you don't wish to be exposed to those poisonous nukes.

When you mean surround back and not including the sur L & R.
Hmmm my Sofa is way planted to the wall and I have my LR surround facing me .. so I guess I'll give the presence speakers a try ..

makes lots of sense, will try it when i reach home tonight .. if not i'll feel over energetic everytime .. kena short ..
about setting speakers to large .. and small .. hmmm i better check my configurations .. I just hantam only ..
Anyone can guide step by step important things to check with my yammy avr?
What i did was only set impedance to 6ohms and then run YPAO.
*I'm a lazy kind of person ..

my electrical short has been solved .. it's due to some lousy bundle cables that comes with it .. took them off and replaced .. now i'm static free..
oh yea, what is the DRC and adaptive something something in the settings?

I guess the 8390 and the 50's are almost the same .. i think arremie had the same setup as yours when he started up .. ask him .. but i guess he'll say » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « you'll have an upgrade soon.
