QUOTE The FCC has a lot of power. They determine what goodies are a-okay for the American market and which are probably not so nice. Thankfully for any Sony Ericsson fans in the audience, the FCC has given the go-ahead to the Sony Ericsson G700. That stamp of approval must feel pretty nice. As you may recall, the G700 comes equipped with a 2.4-inch touchscreen display, a 3.2 megapixel camera, and the ability to jot down notes right on the screen and save it on the digital sticky pad. The included stylus comes in pretty handy for this purpose. In terms of radios, you get tri-band GSM as well as single-band UMTS, though the latter was 2100MHz only the last time we heard. That might change for America-friendliness. Will the Sony Ericsson G700 arrive at AT&T or T-Mobile any time soon? Maybe. At least it has the FCC thing out of the way. http://www.mobilemag.com/content/100/340/C15077/ p/s: TS, G700 |

Cybershot just a name.
IMO, the G900 cam/software will be more stronger than C902. |
