get urself into psp recovery mode by holding R while boot on ur psp...
go into advanced--->enable flash 0..... in flash0 drive, u will c vsh folder.....open it then you will see 3 folders which is etc,resource and module... all ur rco files are inside ur resource folder.... if you cant see those folders...go to tools--->folder options--->view--->click show hidden files n folders and uncheck the hide protected operating system files....then you'll be able to see those folders....
