unker change what engine?

few things need to check.
1. timing belt marking.........too retard, perhaps?
2. carb tuning..........not tuned properly?
3. mechanic don't know how to do an overhaul..........quite common now. most of them only know how to change engines. some of the nuts & bolts may have been tightened too much, causing the engine to be very thight.........

btw, what kind of overhaul did he do? top or a full overhaul with a change of pistons?

that thing i bought at Klang one.. ur place there don have ? try asking those body kit shop.. they should have it.. mine one is 2 pcs type, left and right, R3 one is 1 pc
