As I am from Hong Kong, Obviously, if you are aiming at University of Hong Kong, chinese University of Hong kong, and HKUST, these will be good choices to pursue your future studies.
For living expenses, Hong kong will be much higher than Malaysia, and Mandarin will not be used in Campus, as english is the main medium in the University. Try your best.
