does anybody have any comments on this coursed offered by CityU of HK? - Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy and Law

Is it a good choice? I'm interested in Accounts & Contract Law I'm just hoping that anyone who has/hasnt studied that course will give some opinions/feedbacks.

btw, as far as I know, tuition fee in HK costs around RM40K/year right? How abt living costs? Roughly how much it costs (in RM) per year? Thank you.
