lol maybe but if u make it nice and good then everytime u see your gundam collection it remaind you how hardwork when you build a gundam in good old days

It wont stop me, but will slow me down, that all. Still studying plus my mom try to control my spending on Gunpla by reducing my pocket money, also sometime find some reason not to give me my pocket money for that week, lol. Haizz, but what to do, just this hobby is so additive, but I guess I will stop until I collect all the model that I like, which actually not much now.

i felt that the coming dual pack Strike much more worth than the new Strike E IWSP

but hand a bit itchy to buy the IWSP and chrome the grand slam though

and btw, that day after gathering during dinner, my mom asked me a lot of questions about Gundams.
"How many Gundams are there?"
"How many do you have by now?"
"What do you guys normally do to it?"
"Why I always see you dissemble them and redo again?"

"What do you guys normally do to it?" => Mod it to the max.. Paint it.. Pose it.. When bored.. Change another fierce pose.. scrap the paint and re-paint it again.. After everything is satisfied.. Display until bored again and repeat the process..

"Why I always see you dissemble them and redo again?" =>
1) becoz we are bored..
2) bcoz there's something wrong with it..
3) bcoz sometimes assemble it in a wrong way..
4) bcoz its a hobby..

But even as a beginner, I dont think it will be satisfactory to begin with FG 1/144 series. Better to go with HG 1/144 at least. The FG series really suck IMO.

If you get it from those speciality toy stores, shouldn't cost you more than RM50 to get a decent kit of HG grade.

or just jump to 1/100 or MG.... but 1/144 got soooooooooo many selection of kit....

Well, for a beginner to jump straight to 1/100 may not be the best idea, since he/she may not know how to properly build the kit. End up spending more money for something which does not look as nice.

IMO, better to start with a cheaper kit, and improve on skill first before moving on to more complicated and larger kits.

Read all the post in this forum is enough to make him viable to build a 1/100 kit
