K I am buying an ipod but i cant decide which one to buy. The purpose for me to get a new ipod is to hear music, watch mtv's in my ipods and etc as in ipod clasic but between itouch and iphone which one is better? I don't mind about the cash btw.

I am more concern about:
-Music quality
-video quaity
-which one is cooler rclxm9.gif

and yeah dats all icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

There is not much difference between IPod Touch and IPhone. IPhone got Phone abilities and camera. IPod Touch is thinner and have 16GB.

I think if it's just music and listening to MTV and all that, why not go for the legacy 80gb iPods? From the looks of things you might have a lot of music/MTV videos to watch.. the capacity on the iPhone alone might not be enough for you.

generally my best fren got iTouch i was impressed by the look and the SQ (i haven own iPhone yet) but when i got my iPhone haha different story..~ i have both compatibility of iTouch and iPhone!

SQ wise i think iTouch beat iPhone a little IMO (ipod Touch focus more on SQ~~)

My advice is using unlocked phone is a bad practice unless you are a developer.

Seriously, if you have too much of videos to watch. The iPod touch will not fit your needs. Get an iPod classic if you have too much videos to watch or you think 16GB is enough for your videos, then get iPod touch.

If you're not so brand-conscious you could go with any cheapskate cellphone and a PSP. This combo would give you functions that are unmatchable by any iPod or iPhone. The 4 inch true wide screen is also big enough for your MVs to be enjoyable. There is also better format compatibility with your audio files: AAC, MP3 and WMA.

in my case it's different....i know everyone in the world has a better iphone screen.....

but my ipod touch's screen is a lot better than my iphone....

my iphone's screen is a bit yellowish and it's not as bright as ipod touch.....both set at the same brightness.....i'll post some pictures later.....

Added on February 3, 2008, 10:17 pmok...picture here......right is iphone, left is ipod touch

cant really see the yellowish thing but as u can see, ipod touch is clearer than my iphone.......and i assure u if u see it with human eye, there is a slight yellowish tint on my iphone...

this may just be my devices....dont generalize.....hehe......

The cracking sound has been fixed in FW 1.1.2 onwards. But overall, agree that the speakerphone in the iPhone is quite crappy.
