use spot metering, try lower ISO (ISO 200) for better noise control, use aperture mode and use the widest aperture (smallest aperture number, i.e. f/3.5 )

i using f/5.6 and ISO200(without flash gun)
well..will try it again by following ur advice ^^ thanks~

i use cheapo digicam nia
pure room light
f/2.5 ISO200
0.5 to 1 second shutter speed

flashgun is a must! i gave mine to my bro so now have to rely on room lighting
