if the e8 is the same as my E2,then it can keep thousands of messages and it only lag when u just turn on ur phone when the phone is loading the messages...

it takes 3-4 minutes to load all 3k of my messages on my e2 lol....

it lags when typing sms as well if u got tonnes of sms inside..

i got 3000+ sms, combination of inbox and outbox.. the speed still ok and doesn't affect me...

e8 processor is higher than e2 right?

im little bit "fobia" with motorola after all my previous phone lagged when i kept the sms over 30-70 ..

is it when your turn ON your phone after switch it OFF or when receiving new sms then to read it ?

msg typing speed is the same no matter if u have 10 or 1000 sms in ur inbox lol...

but if ure typing a msg while the phone is bz loading the messages,its gonna lag like mad...

thats my E2 la,dunno abt E8

since E2 running on a similar platform with E8,the way it works shud be similar too lol...

i tried the jbenchmark ACE for cpu testing.. it shows 1789MHZ... lol.. how true it is? see can upload the result or not..

i have a problem, after i took some picture, my picture is nt found in my folder, i need to turn off n on den only i can find my picture. is thr a way to refresh the folder without restart my phone?

no need to refresh.. once u save, the pic already in the folder.. there is a preview button below the zoom key.. press the button and pic will be there.. else, upgrade the firmware lor..

use file manager to view,don't use the media finder...

didnt get the chance to hold it as there were many people around the phone. will have fingerprints..that's bad for me cuz my hands always oily.
