Hey! I'm living here. But I'm moving out end of december coz i cant bear the condition of the house. Its too dirty. Anyways, I told my housemates I was planning to move out n they ALL said they same thing :Its very very difficult to get your deposit back!!!
One guy whose sister was renting a room there said he actually threaten to report to the police if he didnt give back his sister's deposit. Finally,his sister got it back after 2 weeks.
I'm worried that will happen to me...I can't move in into another house unless I get the deposit back. So I've told that Richie "Butt"hole I won't move out till he gives my deposit back. I dont know what will happen. Ill probably go lodge a police report if he doesnt give me back my money. Seriously.
