Wanted to renovate my condo, and received the quotation from the contractor recently, please advise if there are over priced. Many thanks.

1. Demolition wall between kitchen & yard, wall between kitchen & living hall, plumbing works in kitchen, made good to all walls due to hacking works - RM1000
2. Construct brick wall (7ftx7ft) at yard with supply & install of aluminium window (5ftx6ft) - RM1200
3. Supply & lay wall tile to yard & kitchen to ceiling ht where the kitchen + yard dimension is 13ftx7ft - RM2800
4. Supply & lay heavy duty ceramic floor tiles to yard & kitchen (with 2ftx1ft tiles) - RM1300
5. Construct concrete top c/w polished homogeneous tiles (2ftx2ft) L-shape (13ft+1ft), include the cabinet base with tiles fin- RM2500
6. Supply & install sliding aluminium door (6ftx7ft) for kitchen entrance c/w concrete wall - RM1600
7. Supply, design and fabricate kitchen cabinet -RM4500
8. Supply & install simple cornices to bedroom (32ft run) and MBR (45ft run) - RM580
9. Construct drop ceiling at two bathrooms c/w access panel - RM900
10. Construct drop ceiling at main entrance, passage way & kitchen - RM900
11. Construct L-box ceiling design at living (141sqf) and dining area (118sqf) - RM1350
12. Construct L-box ceiling in bedroom 2 (79sqf) - RM250
13. Extent wall tiles to ceiling in two bathrooms c/w - RM1600
14. Construct shower kerb to two bathrooms - RM350
15. Replace DB to 63A - RM400
16. Replace external 30Amp fuse to 60 Amp - RM120
17. Two A/C points - RM400
18. 18 no. Lighting points @RM90/pt - RM1620
19. 1 ceiling fan point - RM160
20. 22 no. of 13 amp sockets @RM100/pt - RM2200
21. Oven, microwave & cooker socket pts (connect to DB) 3pts in total - RM360
22. Suction fan pt - RM160
23. 2 no. Heater pt c/w labour to install @RM280/pt - RM560
24. Astro pt - RM220
25. Reposition DB, intercom - RM400
26. Supply & install metal grilles to yard & 3 bedrooms - RM950
27. Supply & install metal grilles to main entrance - RM400
28. Supply & paint the whole condo inclusive of superior paints (2 layers) - RM1800
29. To made good to all doors & frame paint works - RM250
30. Supply & install A/C trunking concealed at MBR - RM450
31. 21 nos. of downlights with double bulbs @RM35/no. - RM735

Notes: the contractor promise to install all electrical appliances without any extra charges.

I have tried to negotiate with my contractor to reduce the price of lighting point, but he insisted that he provide a quality work with an proper "dressing" for the wire.
