just met the most bs renovator recently, asked for quotation, said he cant itemise the works and the respective cost, just one lump sum figure.. even kitchen cabinet simply say "normal punya design" without any other details on materials etc.. 0142252227

master toilet size 1.26 x 2.42m; floor 1' x 1' tiles and walls 1' x 1' mosaic 2" 1.6m high
2nd toilet size 1.7 x 2m; floor 8" x 8" tiles and walls 8" x 16" tiles 1.6m high
kitchen size 2.6 x 2.8m; floor 18" x 18" tiles and walls 8" x 8" tiles 1.6m high

tile cost including hacking of old tiles and materials etc but excluding the tiles itself

painting:

whole house (about 915sf) including doors and grills, excluding the cost of the paint itself
