Got a quote from contractor for my new house..just to check whtr am i being overpriced or its reasonable.. hse 22 x 75 1800 sqft

paint the whole house - rm7500
extension back house - rm28k
plaster ceiling w/o wiring and downlight - rm10k
porch brick (one side only) - rm1k

pls advise~
