want to ask some info on cost of renovation of double storey house for budgeting purpose.
can anyone roughly tell me roughly thr cost for below item:

1) extention of the back of house for both floors  ---RM35,000
2) change of tiles of whole house   ---RM25,000
3) lay new tiles for car porch   ---RM5,000
4) change roof tiles  ---RM10,000
5) paint whole house   ---RM6,000
6) plaster ceiling for whole house   ---RM8,000
7) construct a wall in the living room for partition purpose   ---RM2,000

Please provide the estimate cost for this particular 2 bedrooms @ ~936 sqf condos:

1. Strip the parquet floorings for both bedrooms   ---RM600
2. Lay new tiles for the whole unit   ---RM8,500
3. Dismantle the bath tub and replace the toilet bowls (x2 units)   ---RM1800
4. Change the door frame (x3 units)   ---RM900
5. Painting the whole unit   ---RM2500
6. Lay new tiles for the bathrooms (both wall & floor)   ---RM4,000
7. Build a concrete type of kitchen cabinet   ---RM1,500
8. Basic lightings jobs   ---RM1,000
9. Hack down the wall to the kitchen   ---RM800

I guess these are the major ones.

Additional notes: I am refurbishing this unit for investment purpose. Therefore any recommendations that could minimize the total cost to the lowest possible would be very much appreciated.

    c) autogate + gate (p/s: can i just extent/welding the gate that i

I am planning to reno for my small 1100 sq ft apartment as well (old building).  Would appreciate some estimated costing from fellow sifus here and recommend a good, reliable contractor as well.

1)  2 bathrooms - re-plumbing, remove old tiles and install new tiles, replace wc & basin, install 2 water heaters.  ---rm4800
2) 3 bedrooms - remove parquets and replace with tiles. Install 3 ceiling fans. Master bedroom - install built-in wardrobe  ---rm7000
