I want cement out my grass land, size is about 8 x 13 ft, with metal mesh.
Change my 2 sliding door panel (grill removing) and hacking wall to fit in 4 panel aluminium w/o coating window (tall type, 5ft type).
Cover the under stair case space, 10ft long + single door. no paint.
Hack the main door frame to make it larger and put in single + small panel type.
Skim or cement out or redo the wall fence between neighbour. Current wall looks like many hair crack.
Repaint the outside house.

How much to pay car porch with those standard heavy duty tiles? (20 x 16)

I would like to make a fence brick, 20 x 6 at my back yard. So normal contractor will lay on top of the existing ground beam or they will make another footing? Reason because I also do concrete slab for the the area about 20 x 10 with A7.

Do we need to remove tiles and install new one? or just put on top of the existing tiles? Barely how much is the market price?

My carporch area is concrete, so I want to lay tiles. First the soild area they will make a concrete slab using A8 then the whole area of the car porch will put again wire mesh and concrete before lay tiles on top. Reason is half of of my car porch area is not built together with the house foundation. Is just normal concrete slab on top of soil.
Any advice of it? cost is about 2.4k excluding the layman cost, My soild area is about 960spf and the whole car porch is about 20x24.
