First of all,what kind of simple reno that you are looking at?

These 3 reno is the basic ones for condos thou.

1.Kitchen (cabinets,worktop etc etc)
2.Plaster Ceiling.
3.Electric wirings.
4.Grilles.

Few reno works you can skip or either DIY.

1.Painting (can DIY)
2.Plumbing works (Can skip)
3.Kitchen wall tilings (can skip if you plan to do kitchen cabinets.)

But mind you if you opt for a cheapest kitchen and plaster ceiling also can cost up to RM 10-12k.
