For both my bedrooms, 300sf in total, I did 2x2 tiles also, it cost me rm 2300, incuding removing existing parquet wood, laying tiles and skirting, cost for cement, lorry to send away the garbage, moving the tiles (700kg) i bought up to my condo.for 2x2 upgrade, RM1000 is inclusive of workmanship and the tiles..
