My renovation estimation and cost. My house is DST btw

1. Grille (Wrought Iron) whole house excluding back exit - RM5K
2. Kitchen Cabinet (Tiles Top & Arcrylic) - RM12K, am I being cheated? (13 ft long, dont know how many square feet) including wiring and plumbing and inclusive of sink, bowl, hud and hob (elba)
3. plaster ceiling - RM2.8K + cornish for first floor ( + cornish only for kitchen)

I have some question for you guys...

1- how much isit to dissassemble 2 units of fan and 2 units of aircond from my old house to my new house
2- How much would u guys estimate for lighting for my whole house? (the plaster ceiling guys only help to provide the wiring)
3- How much isit cost to have a backdrop like the picture below for your lcd?

to determine whether yours is solid or hollow wrought iron, try to knock it abit.. if its thud! thud! sound, then its solid lar... if its tong! tong! then, its hollow...
