hiya. thinking about getting one of the 3 storey terrace houses in the peak, cheras so am calculating how deep i would have to dip into the pot

how much would renovations costs? Nothing too fancy - living/dining area, plaster ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, grills for the windows, autogate, alarms. I don;t intend to do much about the garden and exterior.

total area is around 3200 sq feet, 5 rooms, 5 bathrooms.

A rough estimate, anyone? TQ.
