i just bought a new house.. will be ready in 2013. wanna know how much does it cost for the initial furnishing. things such as air cond, TV cabinet, mattress, plaster ceiling, install lights, install grill. etc etc. I attach a copy of the floor plan for ur reference... I want to know the rough estimation so that i can start saving now.
You house will only be ready in 2013. That's 2 years later. By then, price of everything will be different. You requirement will also be different. tongue.gif

I stay in single storey terrace house and want to do the following -

2 Room extensions
2 Bathroom extensions
Change roof tiles
Change floor tiles
Build kitchen, wardrobe & shelves
Repair leaks

What is the minimum to maximum cost  for the above ?

As what's mentioned earlier, without details, how would you expect anyone to estimate? The sky is the limit tongue.gif

Hi Kelvyn,

Well.. this is my friend's company and I know that they are very professional, they give all quality works done I have recommended them to a few of my friends and all got good comment thumbup.gif maybe price is a bit higher but they deliver a good job why not.

It is better to pay a bit more where you can be assured of the quality and completion of work.

Not like some of those that keep asking for money and never complete the work. Then there are some that will give a low price and once they are in the job, they will come up with all reasons to claim for more. Preying on innocent house owners. Really pity them. i mean the house owners. These bad contractors are giving the rest a bad name.
