RM300....for MPKJ i rcv 3 receipt 'bayaran'

RM300 wang cagaran (refundable)
RM117 bayaran proses pelan
RM10 bayaran petil

and RM250 for the rubbish/debris collector.....for my housing area under MPKJ  the co is  Luxda Enterprise.....later i'll ask whether this one is refundable or not......

normally the contractor will pay the draftmen RM1-RM1.5K for the plan

what if i do the renovation without follow the approval plan. just "langgar" the rule a bit during the renovation.
can i still get the wang cagaran?
