I'm getting my keys in 3-months time and plan to do the following extension for my DSH: -

1) Ground floor full-extension 22ft x 11ft (currently split into 2 parts) - 1 side is wet-kitchen and the other side is bedroom; and

2) 1st floor full extension 22ft x 11ft (currently split into 2 bedrooms) - The split is not required for extension, which eventually will create a "U" shape (joint) 2 bedrooms together.

I presume total of 5 walls to be hacked and tiles supply are required too. Any sifus here can estimate the renovation cost for me?

My uncle used to work in renovation field and he told me is 30%.
