2. Kitchen extension (6ft), hack a wall, and full floor and wall tiling for current kitchen (16 x 10 x 8) and extended kitchen


3. Plaster ceiling for one area of living room (7 x 10 ft), and plaster ceiling for all 3 rooms at second floor (estimated area: half of the built up area of ground floor)


4. Extend the wall a bit to make it flat (less wall edge) - optional


5. Change current door and hack the wall for 6ft sliding window door


6. Seal one part of the staircase, make a wall, and a door for store room. Replace staircase handler to aluminium.


7. Replace 5 set of windows and 6 set of doors (Includes 2 toilet doors), with non wooden frames


8. 2ft extension for master bedroom, hack and rebuild the wall


9. 2ft extension for toilet next to master bedroom, hack and rebuild the wall, and full wall & floor tiling. Full wall & floor tiling for toilet at ground floor too.
