look at this calculation, wonder how they get the total sqft area..........
is the tiling cost including also the tile itself, look like it is excluded.
Overall, I think this is a main con price, if you want to save more better separate the whole contracts to 2 or 3 contractors.
Better also ask for other quotation from other contractors for comparison then you know what's wrong.
