1)Supply N install lightweight steel truss roughly around RM4.50 - RM5.50sqft depending on design.

2) Supply N install concrete tiles around RM3.30/sqft depend on design too

3) 2 sided aluminum foil (use wt good quality mesh) around RM1.30/sqft.
for single sided is much more cheaper but i advise u not to use it coz it is easily tear-able.

Normally removing existing concrete tiles roughly will cost you around = RM0.70 - 0.80/pc
- Supply & install 2 sided aluminum foil = RM1.30/sqft

Somehow for item 3 if you want to install BHP lysaght complete wt insulation the you dont need to install the 2 sided aluminum foil
becoz the insulation (P.U foam) that comes wt the m.deck is good enough. Price around RM 6.50 - 6-80/sqft.

Dismantle & reinstall solar heater I'm not sure but definitely in Lum Sum but you can ask the contractor to help install it.

If Dimension 23x70, the flat area should be = 1610 sqft
and if at 30 degree pitch = 1859.10 sqft
But do take note on the overhang. Normally should calculate together wt the overhang part.

Actually why must u use the type that complete wt insulation foam where else using double sided aluminum foil also is good enough
for insulation. You can save up to rm3.00/sqft which is quite a lot bro.....hehe
