I'm from penang as well, if u check my renovation post..

Ya, ID will tell u how to spend more of your money. Whether it is functional or not, doesn't matter.. .haha
1 contractor he eat 10% enough. 1) plumber 2) wireman 3) masonary guy 4) plaster ceiling guy 5) curtain guy 6) wallpaper guy 7) awning/grill guy. list goes on.
