just little bit to share..

im staying in Taman Putra Perdana..going to expand my kitchen for ground floor & two bedrooms for 2nd level at 17x42 (x2) sqf...i've met a number of indonesian contractors which
offered to do the works.the offers are:

-RM45,000 - RM 50,000 for all (job and material) but excluding wiring.

-pay for job only at RM25 per sqf for ground floor and RM20 persqf for upper floor (ground floor price is higher for to do the beam).While the material

-RM 19,000 for job only while material by myself for both ground n second floor. (Mr ??? i forget his name)

For the material,i just need to prepare
-bricks
-sand (one small lorry enough)
-iron square looks like net.(i dont know what if called)
-cement
-plaster flour
-ceramic
