hi all,
need some indicative price for these for a typical 20x70 DSL
- paint whole house
- kitchen cabinet(dry + wet , considering quartz stone or granite top with tray accessories inside cabinets + an island)
- 2 wardrobe for master bedroom and middle room
- grille
- 2 doors ( 1 main door and 1 back door)
- plaster ceiling whole house with downlights(btw what's L box?)
- auto gate(wrought iron or stainless steel) + motor
- demolished room partition downstairs to expand the dry kitchen + dining area
- retiling
- zinc roof
- wiring + plumbing relocate
i think if you list out the size of the area to be built let's said ceiling how many square feet then only the forumer can help or else the estimate price and the actual price will be huge different...... l box is the box to store the lightings fitting for the ceiling.need some indicative price for these for a typical 20x70 DSL

the wooden look does it required to be solid wooden? if no then there got few choices like our forumers said laminate wooden textures using formica will save you quite a lot if that the photo that u posted for wall and ceiling i think 15k also dun enough for the solid wood itself dun said about the workmanship and etc.... unless u have a deep pocket or else i can said forget about it. even u use formica also it does'nt guarantee a nice look and also it was not durable for long term more than 5 years...... just my experience......
