Am planning to reno my house as follow:
1. Extend back (2 parts), part 1 10 ft length * 8 ft wide, part 2, 5 ft length * 12 ft wide, with roffting, tiled floor and wall bottom up to ceilling. 2. Tile car porch and make roofting (25ft * 20ft) 3. Wall up Balcony (3ft *5ft) 4. Plaster ceiling (living room + dining area + master bedroom + master bedroom toilet How much do you think this is? |
