renovation cost is one thing that cant never be accurately estimated. i learnt it the hard way.

estimated at rm20k,
now going for rm25k

the more i went to the showroom, the more it tempts on buying a lil bit more pricier "quality than originally quoted" stuff. eg.rm120 sink-->rm400 sink. etc.


not to mention the home appliances and furniture!
