also, make sure u get something like a CF equivalent. after reno, ur droughtman should come out with a cert to say that ur reno is as per plan. some ppl skip this, but i was thinkin, since im doing it "right" might as well do it right the whole way

I am planning to renovate my house at Puchong. My contractor told me to "buy" standard plan from MPSJ. Can we just buy a plan from the MPSJ? I think I would like know your architect who charge you about rm2k to kau tim all.
