I intend to below renovation for new house: -
1) extend back kitchen (8ft X 20ft)
2) Re-tile the kitchen approximately 350sq.ft
3) Re-tile 3 bathrooms up to ceiling height with water proofing
4) Add in air-cond wiring for 4 rooms (non inverter) and 3 bathroom water heater (conceal)
5) Re-tile living using 2 X 2 tile (approximately 300sq.ft)
6) Wiring for Autogate
7) Relocate of letter box beam so tht can fix 14ft Autogate
Should I buy the material and just engage for workmanship or should get them to do everything?

I am from KL.  What will be the reasonable price range and any reliable contractor around?
