Do we need to get the contractor ic number or any particulars or photocopy of his ID card before making any 50% down payment as no agreement was signed besides he is a contact i got from a advert(grille) at www.mudah.com. Didnt get to know where is his office too so a bit doubtful weather if is a conjob. Anyway just want to find out that contractor is fine to show their ic in invoice statement right? No offence to all the contractors out here. Pls advice. Thanks in advance.
