I had a fair share with the authoritative money leeching fellas. If my memory serves me rightly, the extension beyond a few feet (externally) is deemed in need for approval. Yu wouldn't want your neighbour's drainage to be blocked, do yu? Renovation can be more than staggering RM100K. No kidding. It's big buckaroos business. Anyway, anyone knows those Aluminium/Stainless Steel Gate costs (approximation will suffice)? Measurement will be 5metres (horizontal) x 4 metres (vertical).
Gonna do some minor renovation with my Ipoh home.
