NO harm on trying indonesian workers.. now construction work (wet work) mostly done by indons. For indons u nid to have certain experience to guide them or at least find someone to guide them.. drawings are essential as guidelines. Walk around ur neighbourhood and look around for those houses doing renovation, dont be shy to ask for contacts, the more the better. Have someone to draught out what u nid for renovation rather then just brief info's. One thing to keep in mind, do not do last minute works and do plan what u nid to do.
