Hi Sifu, just want to ask for you guys advise, whether you guys know roughly how much will i need to renovate

1) Extend car pouch with balcony
2) break and re shifting wall
3) extend kitchen to side for another 5'
4) Plaster Celing

By the way, my house is landed with 2.5 story house of 20X75
